Christmas

So, obviously the next activity missed is Christmas! We had a lot of fun. We went to Pocatello the weekend before Christmas for Dan's family parties, and then he came home on Sunday to work, while I stayed in Poky and hung out with my family!! It snowed a ton those few days, so the kids played for two days straight in the snow with my dad, and had a blast!! Christmas eve we went to Dan's mom's for dinner, and then went to my parent's house for the traditional games, chocolate fountain, and the kids dress up for the nativity scene!

Christmas day, santa came to the kids spoiling them rotten and then Dan suprised me with a trip to Hawaii for our 10 year anniversary!! We are going with Crystal and Jeff which, they were going to suprise me and tell me the day we were going to the airport, but they decided that I am too much of an organizer and planner and might not like that!!! We are going on Feb 21-Feb 28, a whole week, I can hardly wait!! Thanks honey!

7 years old!!!

So our next big event that I missed with the computer disaster was Bailey's Birthday!!! Her birthday was December 10th. She turned 7 years old. The week before, we took some of her friends and cousins to the movie for her party. The movie was "Polar Express" so we had the kids go in their pajamas, had hot chocolate and donuts, and they got a bell when they left the party! She had a great time!! Then, on her actual birthday she pulled out her second top tooth and sang "All I want for Christmas is my Two Front Teeth!!! She is the best helper, she is kind to Dexter and Jentri, and we love her a lot! Happy Birthday Bailey!!!

Disneyland and California!!!

So, it's been several weeks since my last post!! We went to California with my sisters, their families, and my parents for Thanksgiving! We had a blast!! We stayed in Primm, Nevada the first night, and then drove the rest of the way to New Port Beach! Crystal and Jeff, and my parents have a time share with Marriott, so we stayed in an awesome resort in New Port Beach!!

We went to Disneyland for three days, Universal Studios, and Sea World. The last day we spent going to the beach. I had not ever been in the ocean, so I had to swim in it!!! Yes it was cold, but it was lots of fun and very, very SALTY!! While we were there, we loaded all of our pictures on the computer each night to free up our camera. One of the last nights, while Crystal and I were browsing the ads for Black Friday, our computer puked!!! So, we were without a computer for about three weeks, and thought we had lost all of our pictures!! Luckily, one of Kate's friends is a computer genius and he fixed it for us!! The last day we drove home in one day, the kids did awesome!!! We had a great time, and the kids are asking us when are we going back!
